Musician for semi-professional Tribute rock project wanted

We are semi-professional level musicians (drummer, keyboardist with backing vox and lead singer) and are in the process of creating a project/band called DEEP.FAITH, subtitle: “The One and Only Original Bon Jovi Tribute AUSTRIA”. For this we are looking for the following instrumentalists: - Bassist with backing vox and his own equipment - Lead guitarist with backing vox and his own equipment - Rhythm guitarist with backing vox and his own equipment From experience, it would be helpful if we found two guitarists who already know each other and know each other musically and harmonize well with each other as people! In addition to at least semi-professional, it is generally desirable. Level of instrument, commitment, reliability, ability to work in a team, prof. Attitude and sufficient band and gig experience. A worked out concept is already in place: Rehearsals Once or twice a month (on a Friday or Saturday), three songs per rehearsal that are worked out ready for the stage. The prerequisite for this is of course good preparation by all band members in order to rehearse the interaction and live arrangement. (This shouldn't be a problem for experienced and good musicians.) I (Chris, lead singer) provide all the documents to prepare for the rehearsals. The first setlist consists of around 15 Bon Jovi songs as well as a few rock songs that Bon Jovi also covered in order to be able to offer the first gigs with a playing time of around 90 minutes. As the project continues, the set list naturally expands in order to be able to vary the program of shows after about a year. Professional social media support, designers and those responsible for homepage and PR are ready to start, a developed marketing concept is available as well as contacts to booking agencies and event organizers. In addition to all musical harmony, enthusiasm for rock & roll (and hopefully Bon Jovi) and the will to be successful, joy in rehearsals, humor, friendly interaction and empathy with each other are also very important to us! So we would be very happy if musicians would feel addressed who would like to help shape a project with joy and enthusiasm within a friendly team, without a huge amount of rehearsal effort, with which we can certainly inspire many people!
