Music producer wanted

"Looking for a creative youngster (age doesn't matter, young mindset!) for joint productions! Dear community, it's 2026 and it's time for some action. I'm looking for a motivated creative mind who enjoys producing songs. I have concrete ideas and concepts I want to implement – you bring original ideas and fresh approaches, tinker with the sound with me, and bring the ideas to life. I'm looking for someone who's young at heart: imaginative, with a feel for sound, technically very skilled (DAW, mixing, sound design, AI tools – no problem), but not yet the type who's booked everywhere and has their own fixed style. Since I've already worked with professionals who also have the right "connections," they've told me what the sound needs to be like (to get radio play), how the guitar should sound, what I should wear, and what photos should look like for promotion. I know exactly what I don't want – that!" ;-) I'm looking for someone who can "bring my ideas to life," who tells me, "Börny, don't do that, I have another suggestion," try this, try that – that's what I understand by collaboration. Starting point: First, produce strong covers (the kind that make you wonder, "Why does this sound better than the original?" Think 80s). If the chemistry is right, your own songs are definitely on the agenda. No "We have to have 10 songs finished by Easter," but relaxed, fun-oriented, yet with the goal that it all sounds like a cohesive whole in the end.
