Deaf Amp Band

Drummer and singer wanted in the Basel/Lörrach area. We play something in the realm of grunge, stoner rock, doom, progressive, alternative, possibly some nu-metal (so it depends on you which style it falls into exactly). We're from the Basel/Lörrach region and have our own rehearsal space in Brombach (Germany). We currently have guitar and bass. We rehearse about twice a week. (Possible days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday from 8 PM onwards, and on weekends depending on the season and weather.) We're 33/34 years old; your age isn't that important as long as it's a good fit. To get a feel for our sound, check out our Soundcloud and YouTube channel, DEAF AMP (very simple demo recordings). Drummer: We're looking for someone who contributes their own ideas and isn't trying to be a copy of our previous drummer, but it doesn't have to be a completely new sound either. (You should have your own drum kit.) Singer: Ideally, you can sing everything from clean vocals to screams. There's the option to either use existing lyrics or write your own. Setlist: available (approx. 60 min+), although we're always adding new material and improvising. Goals: recording, gigs, and possibly band competitions. We'd also like to try working with someone from the metal scene if the opportunity arises. PS: With us, you have the chance to really let loose as a drummer without anyone complaining about the volume.
