Your tasks
- Design and organization of the day, evening and kids programs together with the teams on board and external artists and partners to promote guest satisfaction and increase the repeater rate
- Personnel planning, support with recruiting and also training and further development of the Guest Experience employees
- Creation and control of compliance with handbooks and manuals for the uniform implementation of the above points on board
- Training of new employees on the correct use of the provided technology on board
- Independent quality management in the area of guest experience
- Budget planning and control within the department in cooperation with superiors
- Management and development of the teams on board
- Support in the recruiting process for the host entertainment
- Independent creation of the technical manuals and operational manuals on board for the host entertainers
your profile
- Completed training in the event, entertainment or events sector, commercial experience desirable
- Several years of professional experience in management level, ideally in cultural and entertainment companies
- Extensive knowledge and experience in organization and process optimization
- Knowledge of recruiting and networking
- Enjoy working in a creative/artistic environment
- Modern, cooperative management style combined with a high level of social skills
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English

Your tasks
- Host function for the areas of entertainment and edutainment
- Organisation, implementation and moderation of the entertainment programs on board
- Independent implementation of evening and dance events
- Presentation of guest artists with arrival and departure moderation
- Enthusiasm of the guests for our entertainment possibilities
- Technical support (provision of speakers, microphone, mixer)
- Play meetings with different board games
- Implementation of quiz events & film screenings
- Supporting colleagues on arrival and departure days
- Presentation of entertainment options
- Moderation of route and travel highlights
- Creation of entertainment programs on board in consultation with the hotel manager
- Creation of an entertainment plan before the start of each trip
your profile
- Confident moderation in German and English
- Host Gene – You enjoy approaching people
- Organizational talent with creative ideas
- High willingness to provide services to guests
- DJ experience (including own music repertoire)
- Cross-generational knowledge of music
- Technical know-how in dealing with sound and lighting systems
- A friendly and well-groomed demeanor
