Duke Brass Band

Crowds dance - the instruments gleam in the spotlight - the stage shakes with the sound of a big band and the performance of a real rock 'n' roll band.

That is and creates Duke Brass. Since 2015, the five wind players and one drummer have formed a band. It started at the music school in the brass band. Originally coming from classical music, they are now at home in the genres of pop, rock, jazz and EDM.

With their crazy casual manner, the 6 friends stand on stage, show what they're made of and live out their passion to the full. In their concert program you will find many covers of everything that is currently in the charts and can be heard and cracked at the summer festivals of the world.

The boys are also playing their own music more and more. Now you could say: "Anybody can cover these these days!", but nobody does it the way this band does it. So they have created their own style in which soft sounds, technically accomplished bass lines and aggressive sounds find their place. So there is something for everyone, and with this love for music and the passion for their instruments, they have managed to make brass band music party-compliant again!

The boys have played several times for the Federal President, were seen live on television and were guests at the Berlin Press Ball. Duke Brass also plays regularly at student parties, proms and festivals.
