Here I am, drums & percussion – flexible, mobile, and eager to experiment. I play drums and percussion at a high level and also perform solo with my own lounge program. Inquiries are welcome from musicians, event organizers, cafés, bars, or for smaller entertainment events, also in combination with a reading (authors available). My Acoustic! Lounge program (SmartJam/Loopartist) is stylistically open, sonically subtle, suits many instruments, and is ideal for duo or trio formations in smaller venues. It deliberately encourages experimentation. Special features: Scalable equipment. Highly portable lounge/percussion set (including micro-PA, battery-powered/mains-independent, transportable in two large bags). Microprocessor support (quad-core ARM Cortex), crossfades, and AI support for fellow musicians – likely unique worldwide in this form – custom-built + self-written software. Additionally: classic rock drum set (Tama) with full microphone setup – can be combined with the lounge/percussion set. I have extensive knowledge of digital signal processing and software development and was an audio compression developer at Fraunhofer. Therefore, I can also assist with signal processing in studios and live special effects. I have been playing drums since the age of five. Furthermore, I am skilled with my hands, reliable, and available to lend a hand at all kinds of events. I am always open to serious musicians – including combinations and bands that don't yet fit neatly into any genre. For fire brigade bands, big bands, dance bands, and cover bands with a fixed repertoire: 1st gig 60%, 2nd gig 80%, 3rd gig 100%. Satisfaction guaranteed in exchange for payment. I'm not necessarily looking for a band, but rather musicians to create a state of being. Music is created bottom-up: bass, loop, pulse. From this, melodies and imagination grow. Style: Acid Jazz, Organic Latin, Roots Rock/Reggae, Nu Metal, Ska, Organic Trance, Organic Folk. My requirement: Danceable or not. Wanted: A bassist who loves repetition and builds bridges; a keyboard that lays down textures without dominating; background vocals as color, not as a stage presence. It can be minimal. It can evolve. For my minimalist SmartJam program, even an effective solo instrument (DUO) is sufficient—if it carries the music.
