Ole Peng Band Band

Ole Peng (born 1978) has been making music since he was 12 years old. His love of music was sparked by The Beatles and nurtured by Bruce Springsteen, Jeff Lynne, The Eagles and Tom Petty. Other influences were Queen, Klaus Lage, Herbert Grönemeyer, Coldplay and Glen Hansard.
The multi-instrumentalist (guitar/bass/drums/piano and vocals) completed his studies at the NMA in Offenbach, where he received lessons from Tim Gebel, Marcus Deml, Howard Alden, Mike Stern (Miles Davis) and Jean Marc Belkadi.
As a studio musician he has worked with, among others, Tom Ripphan (Thorsten Wingfelder/ Fury in the Slaughterhouse) and Roberto Rosan (Sweetbox), and as a composer and studio guitarist he works for Musicfox, among others. Numerous radio and television appearances (including the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 with Villaine/ Radio FFH/ HR3/ SAT1) as well as live gigs throughout the German-speaking region, including Opera meets Musical with Björn Breckheimer (we will rock you musical) and the tenor Martin Kellenbenz decorate his resume He has been running the renowned guitar school "SixStrings" in Hanau since 2001 and works as a songwriter, band coach and "First Aid musician".
In 2016 he took first place in the German music song contest in the singer/songwriter category with his song "Glück der Welt".
