Good morning,
after Corona (HA it was good) I crawled out of the (rehearsal room)/cellar again and I'm really in the mood.
Sound is very important to me.
I'm looking for a project where ideally the drummer or percussionist has just moved away, or something like that. I don't care about drums or percussion for now. The main thing is that it runs and grooves. No interest in garage music, little interest in start-ups. I would just like to get started right away. I usually learn quite quickly and efficiently.
As for the genre: I'm definitely not looking for a notch cover band. Cover anyway very reluctantly, if then good music (see my example videos) that is really fun... ;) But preferably homemade with heart and passion, whether loud or quiet. (By the way, I can say I can play very quietly. I have more fun, oh no, a little louder music.)
I claim I can play in genres like pop, rock, soul, a bit of funk is still okay. I can also map electronics. Sample pad and trigger available. I've played the last 100 or so concerts with Click and I feel good about it. But even without a click, I shouldn't be too far out of step. i'm listening Recording equipment for demos (i.e. only drums) is available, see video. I also enjoy mixing, but I don't pretend that I can.^^
Speaking of which, did I mention that sound is very important to me? So please don't just plug a guitar from Vadder into an amp from Großvadder. The sound of the individual musicians and of course the band sound should be halfway thought through, otherwise all my nails will pucker.
Oh yes: there is a rehearsal room, but I also like to drive around with small cutlery. No problem.
In terms of work, I am very happy right now and have a good workload. I can't manage more than an average of 0.75 rehearsals a week (preferably on Saturdays) and ~10 concerts a year.
