About
Born in 1971. It all started in the 80s with copying Mark Knopfler and David Gilmour solos. I transcribed them note by note and taught myself to play them. Then came hundreds of other influences, from rockabilly to folk, blues, Renaissance, jazz, and of course, lots and lots of Bach. It would be pointless to name names. My playlists of favorite music total about 500 hours. There's no rap, no music with German lyrics, and no typical cover/party music. I mention this because most inquiries are along those lines, and to clarify that music offers more than what the masses listen to. Sometime around 20 years ago, I acquired a Doepfer system, and then many synthesizers followed. I particularly enjoy the combination of electronic and acoustic instruments. Currently, I'm quite busy with my own projects and two bands, which is why I'll probably have to politely decline band membership requests. Nevertheless, I am always on the lookout for new musical acquaintances.
