ZiddaZ Band

Ziddaz are a three-piece band from Cologne who combine thrashing with a touch of intricate musicianship. The result is best described as post-hardcore with elements of noise, mathcore, and various other influences. Musical influences include Refused, Birds in Row, Cult of Luna, Converge, Botch, Oathbreaker, and many more. Lyrically, the songs explore the inner conflict between departure and abandonment, desire and being overwhelmed, searching and addiction, humanity and misanthropy. The restlessness, the rapid succession of different sections, and the melancholic mood of the songs reflect a time in which there seems to be no time to waste, yet no solutions or justified hopes, but above all, in which giving up is not an option.
