Band formation - Cover Funk - Mega singer travels on board!

Hello to those who have been in the cover scene for a long time and now finally want to do something that is so much fun. Funky grooves! Wanted: guitar, bass, keys. We already have an excellent, well-known singer on board and me on drums. So we are still missing the usual instruments, preferably with vocal skills. We assume a certain level of craftsmanship. The concept: to deliver songs that EVERYONE knows from the pop, rock, top 40, disco scene in cool, funky versions with lots of fun, groove and power. So don't "reinvent the wheel", but to live existing songs with your own punch and sound in an extremely danceable way. Aim: mainly for fun!!! You know what you can do, have no airs and graces and are a really nice person! You are a perfect fit for us if, for example, you are a "musical sleeper". You have been in the semi- or pro top 40 / dance and show scene for a long time but have put your equipment away for various reasons. We all know the songs and so the "work" would be very minimal. Or, you just want to have fun and be able to live out your craft and deliver. Are your fingers tingling? But you're fed up with "having to" be on some dirty stage every weekend... but you enjoy a hobby project with potential? Meet up 2-3 times a month to rehearse? Gigs? Yes, definitely!" However, the goal is to play a maximum of a handful of large public gigs at city festivals with fun and grateful audiences and to celebrate a powerful party together. We have excellent and good contacts with the organization teams of large city festivals in the region. The necessary knowledge and prerequisites for appropriate marketing are also fully in place. So now is the perfect time to start. The goal is to be ready to play by winter and to be able to make bookings. Bass: Funky and rocking on point. Merging drum & bass for an official foundation. Git: Cool sound, you can contribute to the song, you have fun and have great riffs and like to solo with few notes but in a concise way? Key: Are you passionate about piano, strings and brass? Perfect. If YOU can also provide the odd "electronic" piece, that would be a great benefit. Playbacks? Of course, but it's not a requirement. Together we produce a powerful band, quite deliberately with little effort. We listen to each other and give everyone enough space to be able to contribute fully. A band that moves forward and offers the charming, very experienced singers (early 50s) the basis to be able to exploit their full potential. I myself (early 50s) am an experienced top 40 and show band drummer. Very experienced on stage, tide and powerful. Around 15 years ago I threw my sticks in the corner for family reasons. But now I'm really excited and it would be a dream to put together a band that just delivers and has fun. I have high-quality rehearsal room technology and a good room at my home in Harpstedt.
