Britpop Indie Rock Band

Guitar (and a little singing), 47, hobby musician with commitment and fun in music, with band experience, is looking for an existing band or individual musicians to found a band.



Like relaxed, funny, like melancholic, like a little snotty/rough, trendy and catchy, but like not completely mainstream, like hymn-like, like own songs (I also have a few) or at the beginning one or the other cover... like German or English (or French if someone wants that...;)), namely:



Britpop and the best rock/pop/post/punk/indie music from the 70's to 2000's...ex. Pulp, Blur, Oasis, Supergrass, The Jam, Paul Weller, Wire, Clash, Joy Division, New Order, Cure, Slade, David Bowie, Telephone, Cheap Trick, Police, Cars, La's, Stone Roses, Radiohead, Suede, Verve, Ash, Skunk Anansie, Maximo Park, Lenny Kravitz, Robbie Wiliams, Alanis, Cardigans, Morcheeba, Hooverphonic, Portishead, Stereolab , Blumfeld. also a bit of Who, Beatles and Stones, Kinks, Small Faces, Velvet Underground...Who feels addressed?



Not looking for a full pro level (unless all the pros can accept that my guitar skills are mediocre and don't involve overly complex leads/solo/licks etc...but I'm creative and I rock n Roll and Blues Feel.. and you can also do it without anything that is technically extremely demanding

Shuffling interesting maybe also doing a little minimalistic things….would be nice then too :)).



So the goal is proper, ambitious, creative music making with fun and enthusiasm, in order to then do one or the other gig as soon as possible... but the most important thing would be real enthusiasm for the music mentioned and a desire to be creative, team spirit without a profile - Neuroses... everything else follows...
