Retired musicians shared apartment

I'm 65, a vocal coach, singer, and guitarist (not a virtuoso, but hardworking), and I'm at a turning point in my life, which is practically unaffordable on my own in Germany. Besides, I'm still hungry for musical goals. So what could be more natural and exciting than a shared apartment with like-minded people? Since my current place is being vacated due to the landlord's own use as of August 31st, I'm completely location-independent. I can definitely imagine moving to a warmer climate with them. I'm totally open to that. I have plenty of home recording studio equipment, PA system, and other gear. I'm looking for musicians in a similar situation who are keen to set up such a shared apartment. A mix of Southern, Country, and Classic Rock would be perfect, but it's not a requirement.
