Surf/trash rock band looking for drummer

!!!Wanted Drummer!!! We, The SurfAnauts, are looking for a **female drummer**! Musically, we move between surf rock, rock 'n' roll, garage, psychobilly, and a healthy dose of trash. Classic reverb surf meets B-movie flair, trash, offbeat humor, and tons of energy. Vintage sound with a wink – sometimes authentic, sometimes deliberately and wonderfully over the top. The visual package is part of the package too: On stage, we perform in classic mod style – chic, stylish, and perfectly matching our sound. We enjoy having our own identity, not just musically, but also visually. We mainly play our own songs as well as selected surf classics in our own style and tour regularly. We play at festivals as well as in small clubs. In recent years, we've had the pleasure of sharing the stage with bands like Guana Batz, Batmobile, Long Tall Texans, The Hillbilly Moon Explosion, and Boppin' B. If you're into this scene, you'll have a good idea of where we come from, both musically and live. You're a good fit for us if you: • love surf, garage, and that slightly trashy sound, • have a solid groove and enjoy driving beats, • are reliable and keen on regular rehearsals and gigs, • are excited to be part of a cohesive whole encompassing music, look, and stage presence. Virtuoso speed isn't our priority – groove, a love of playing, and good chemistry are what's important. We're looking for someone who wants to be a long-term member of the band and is keen to play more club and festival stages with us.
