(Tenor) saxophonist wanted for band

Hi! We're the band "Zwei Strassen weiter" from Karlsruhe. Currently, we consist of vocals, bass, drums, keyboards, guitar, trumpet, and flute, and we're looking for you. We're an amateur band and play songs from pop/rock/funk genres, as well as whatever else we like. We have a few cover songs by Scary Pockets in our repertoire (Viva la vida / Sweet Child / Crazy / Put your records on / Man in the mirror etc.) but also songs like "Everybody wants to rule the world" by Pomplamoos / "Virtula Insanity" by Jamiroquai / "Quit you" by Anderson East / "Red line" by IzoFitzroy, /Suerte in Spanish etc. New songs that we want to try out are "Wayback" by Forward / "Wind" by Akeboshi / "Hysteria" in the version by Mario Ponce / We would also like to play "Fire" by Emma Lanford ft. Mousse T. / "The wind cries Mary" by Jamie Cullum / "You might need sombody" by Shola Ama / "Smooth Operator" by Sade / "Your heart is as black as night" by Melody Gadot / "Get lucky" by Gülcin Ergül and others - but for that we need YOU! For the wind players, there are both notated wind sections and the opportunity to play solos, depending on your ambition :-D A rehearsal room and PA are available. We rehearse on Mondays from 7:40 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in Karlsruhe. The goal is to perform 2-3 times a year and otherwise make music together. If you're interested in joining us, get in touch!
