Subtenant wanted for 19m² rehearsal room

We are a band from Munich and are currently looking for a subtenant from November 1st, 2021 for our rehearsal room in the Turm-Keller Olching.
There are 19 m² available, which we want to design together in consultation with the subtenant(s). The room would be available 1-2 days a week for 24 hours a day. Internet access is included in the price. If anyone is interested, just contact me
