Vocalists wanted for modern metal

I'm currently looking for a singer for my band. Our lineup consists of guitar, bass, and drums. We're all between 30 and 40 years old. For the next step, we're looking for a singer who can confidently handle both screams/growls and clean vocals. We rehearse every other Sunday evening in our rehearsal space in Ratingen. We work with IEMs and backing tracks, so some familiarity with playing to a click track would be helpful. We also meet online once a week via Discord to exchange ideas and work on new songs together. Some songs are already finished, and others are currently being developed. Our goal is to perform a half-hour live set next year. Even though this is a hobby project, we want to approach our music in a structured and serious manner. Therefore, we're looking for someone reliable who is also willing to contribute their own ideas to the songwriting process. We'd be happy to provide demos if you're interested. It would be great if you also had some recordings or short examples so we can get an idea of what you mean.
