Three thrashers from across Europe to make a band

I am a songwriter, vocalist, guitarist, and bass player. I live in Thessaloniki, Greece. My first heavy metal album, ''Plebeian,'' was distributed online. I am looking for three ardent thrashers (Bass Gtr, Lead Gtr, and Drums) across Europe to meet occasionally for long-time rehearsals and be ready for live shows. I know distance is a major obstacle, but after having given it some thought, I realized it's not that bad. Band members can work their tracks on their own at home, and in the meantime communicate online with each other, and even play together some parts online, before meeting in a specific location and play together for some hours in order to make the band solid. Even though I am asking to dive into uncharted waters, it sounds pretty interesting to me.
