Benjamin Keyboard player

My name is Benjamin, and I'm looking for a band as a keyboardist. Music is just a way to relax, not a profession. Why am I drawn to music? For me, making music is a wonderful new field of self-exploration alongside my other professional endeavors (philosophy, communication design). That's why I want a band. And that doesn't require fully-fledged geniuses. Because genius is sometimes just childhood rediscovered at will. We play and are brilliant because we're childish. That's all it takes in the beginning. So what is a band? At least similar to a solemn vow to join a football team. But actually even more. A band is a group of people who accept, like, and appreciate each other, who want and can rely on each other, and who come together for the joy, pleasure, and whim of doing things together. The focus is on the joy of doing something (or soul friendship): creating, trying things out, developing, surprising others; also the realization that one's own development becomes stronger and more vibrant through being able to grow alongside others. Not just their playing, but also their way of thinking and approaching things. My first pious wish would be to shape and cultivate the style and character of a band. The musical literature is still pending. For me, I prefer the softer tones of rock ballads or jazz pieces. (I'm a romantic, not a mechanic.) – So the direction is open. The quality is not. (No covering Lena songs!, Christian songs, or Reinhard Mey songs.) So you can cover pieces or even invent your own (which I think is better in the long run), depending on the talent of the other musicians and their preferences. I find that exciting. I would now be delighted to hear from you (like-minded people). – I want quality, I want culture, I want virtuosity. I want a band!
