Christian Urban Guitarist

Hey, I'm Chris, from Bad Orb. I'm still pretty unknown. But I already have quite a bit of experience with rock music, especially since I absolutely love guitar music. Okay, I'm not the cleanest player on the guitar. Nevertheless, my greatest strength lies in improvisation and, more recently, "inventing"/creating. I'm searching, and I won't give up. I'm just super into rock 'n' roll! A few facts about me: - 28 years old - I taught myself to play guitar using books; I've been playing/learning for about 10 years; I have band experience (garage music). - Currently listening to a lot of Dirty Honey, Guns N' Roses, Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin, Ozzy Osbourne, The Beatles, Rainbow, Scorpions, Mötley Crüe, Black Stone Cherry, Accept, Motörhead, Hendrix, Metallica, stoner rock in general, AC/DC, Alice, and all the rest... but also rockabilly from way back when. Eddie Cobain, Haley Haley, Chuck Taylor, The King... I believe that inspiration from musical roots is crucial when songwriting. Especially when trying to understand a genre, it doesn't help to just copy it... there are so many backgrounds and connections involved... whatever... - My favorite album at the moment: ***PERMANENT VACATION*** (Aerosmith) - I'm a quiet, thoughtful person, and yes, quite creative in some areas, but rather withdrawn. Sometimes a bit moody, even a bit spaced out, oh well. - I'm really in the mood to rock out, and not alone, that's why I'm here and keep an eye out for opportunities to shake the universe up ;-)
