Lukas Singer

Hi, I'm Lukas, 27 years old, and I'm looking for a new band after my old band split up into side projects with my bandmates. I sang in the band for two years, have been taking singing lessons for five, and enjoy singing everything from gentle cleans to aggressive distortions, screams, and growls. I prefer an emotional mix of all of them, a la Matt Tuck, Chester Bennington, and Dave Grohl. Stylistically, I'm mainly at home in 2000s metalcore and modern hard rock, but I also like thrash and heavy metal, as well as punk and alternative. Bands like Anthrax, Metallica, Trivium, Tremonti, 5FDP, Disturbed, A7X, Coldrain, The Raven Age, Disconnected, Stone Sour, Rise Against, Bush, Seether, Three Days Grace, Saint Asonia, Alter Bridge, Nothing But Thieves, and of course BfmV (my favorite band), Foo Fighters, and Linkin Park are my thing. I also love writing song lyrics. I wrote all the lyrics in my old band and have continued writing ever since, sometimes with a rough outline for songs. I also play a bit of guitar, but not in a band context, just for fun and to try out some of my own riff ideas. I'd love to audition for your band!
