I needed the money and played all kinds of dance music, also as a trio on the street with a small drum set, other percussion instruments, bass and steel drum. I am very interested in bringing Latin, West African and Cuban grooves and songs to the stage in a tasty, rocky and secret way, including songs by Belafonte, Jorge Ben, Electric Africa, "Low Rider" in the version by WAR, "Take Yuh Meat Out Me Rice" by Lord Kitchener. . . . . A nice cover program could be brought to the stage quickly. Tango works too. Calypso would also be a great fit at the moment, it is a good way to convey humour and satire. Preferably in a quartet and with very small equipment but with a (technically) well-checked sound.
