Melchior Weiß Guitarist

Ahoy! I – Melchior, 35 years old – would like to join a band for weddings, galas, corporate, and private events. Musically, I have a broad range of interests and play everything from pop, funk, blues, rock, and R&B – basically anything that has a groove and is fun to play. I'm a freelance artist (graphics and artwork (for bands)) and would like to gig two to three times a month on the side, depending on opportunities. I've been playing guitar for 20 years – starting with bass back then – and would now consider myself an advanced musician. I've gained live experience in bands with prog and post-metal, punk, southern, and glam rock, grunge tributes, Beatles covers, and singer-songwriters. For playing at home, my preferences are lute music, prog, funk, blues rock, and the 80s. But, as I said, I'm open to anything, as long as the musicians are passionate about what they do. (I'm only a little hesitant about pop music.) I've also provided musical accompaniment for three weddings, and the feedback has been positive. Furthermore, I have over 15 years of experience in production and recording. I'm generally a quick learner and not afraid to learn new material. My ambitions are semi-professional to professional. In addition to this additional source of income, I also want to promote musical exchange and further my education. Appropriate clothing for different occasions and equipment are available.
