Flatlanders Band

Hi folks, we're looking for musicians from the Kiel area to join our folk band "Flatlanders." We're looking for hobby players – not folk virtuosos or Celtic virtuosos, but people who enjoy making music together and creating their own songs. Stylistically, we're rooted in Irish and Scottish folk, but we're also happy to venture into other genres. Sometimes melancholic, often rousing. Our current lineup (3 women/2 men) includes banjo, mandolin, tin whistle, flute, smallpipes, and accordion. We need more musicians and are looking for an acoustic guitarist with vocals and a violinist/fiddle player. Rehearsals are held every two weeks. Céad mile fáilte Micha
