X Band

I'm looking for musicians who want to record a fine and varied program with me, consisting of my own material as well as selected cover songs, possibly including a few instrumentals. Stylistically somewhere between Robben Ford/Robin Trower/John Butler/Tony Joe White/Jeff Healey/JJCale/Chris Rea (not the commercial pop section...!!!), cover songs in my own interpretation (playing them exactly is not my thing...) Several years of experience as a guitarist/singer in a blues rock quartet/trio Many years of experience on stage, in the studio and home recording Around 150 gigs played in bars and as a support act I am looking for: Drummer with a feel for the song Bassist with experience in various genres Keyboard player, also with synth/Fender Rhodes/Hammond or similar. Genius in music theory is not necessary, confident handling of the instrument is desirable...
