Viola Violinist

Viola Breuer received her first music lessons at the age of five. Since then she has received a variety of musical support and has regularly taken part in music competitions. She studied violin at the Mannheim University of Music with Prof. Susanne Rabenschlag and at the Saar University of Music with Prof. Joshua Epstein. She focused her studies on chamber music. During her studies she completed an Erasmus semester in Dublin, where she dealt intensively with traditional Irish chamber music. She plays in several orchestras and ensembles nationwide, including the Argo-Ensemble Stuttgart, the Metropolorchester Stuttgart, the Leipzig International Symphony Orchestra, the ensemble of the Capitol Mannheim and the Katharinenquartett, a young string quartet from the Rhine-Neckar region. In addition, Viola Breuer has given concerts at various musical festivals and concert series such as the Darmstadt Residence Festival, the Rhineland-Palatinate Cultural Summer, the Speyer Town Hall Concerts and the Mecklenburg-Pomeranian Festival.
