Looking for bass and drums

Hi

I am looking for a bassist, a drummer and possibly another guitarist for my solo project. You don't necessarily have to have a music degree, but it should be groovy and powerful. Creative but minimalist somewhere between Alternative and Post Rock with soulful vocals, very dynamically oscillating between quiet/emotional and loud/angry. It's really not that easy to describe what I have in mind. But of course you can also bring in your ideas, that's just the rough direction given by the song material.

My influences range from PJ Harvey to Smashing Pumpkins or Sunny Day Real Estate

I would like to go out on stage by next spring at the latest and produce a demo beforehand, getting bogged down in the rehearsal room is not an option, so you should be committed accordingly.
