Guitarist / lead guitar wanted for German metal band

We are still looking for a lead guitarist who wants to get involved creatively to build our band. Song material is available, rehearsal room is currently in our house. We're on average 30 years+, we're looking for someone who wants to develop the best possible sound with us, can put his ego aside and then at some point feels like playing gigs. You don't have to be a full pro; neither are we. We can send you song sketches in advance so that you can check whether the style suits you. German lyrics, dark, provocative, tongue in cheek with hard but rhythmic riffs are the heart of the band.
