Looking for volunteers to found a Symphony Orchestra in Berl

Hallo, Leute!

My name is Daniel, I am orchestra conductor from El Sistema (Venezuela) and I intend to create a symphony orchestra in Berlin.

Since the project is still in the beginning stage, I must clarify that for now I am looking for volunteers who want to join the orchestra, no matter the "level" you are at right now. I am looking either for students or professionals.

So, if at the moment you are trying to find an opportunity to play in a regular basis, to "grow" musically and make your way to play in one of the legendary orchestras in the future, this will be the place for you to be supported and grow. Because we all know that this what we all want. As orchestra conductor I am, my main goal is to look forward your own learning and improvement, so I am the first interested one in seeing you becoming better and better each day.

Our goal is aiming to make this orchestra regular/permanent through concerts, as many as we can (which will gradually change/improve based on the regularity we set as a team), and through eventual festivals or other kind of opportunities we get to show and prove our value.
