Rehearsal room participation

Hello, we are a band from Potsdam and are looking for a band that wants to move into our large rehearsal room. The property is in Ludwigsfelde. There are other bands and artists in the house, so overall it's a great community. Sanitary facilities and a shared kitchen have just been built. There is also a recording studio here in the house. The environment and infrastructure are excellent! We're just moving in now, hence the pictures of a still empty room. We plan to install 2 drum sets, one of which could be used. We also have a bass amp and box that could also be used. We will also install our recording setup in the room, we are planning our first LP. Of course there is a heating system and internet here. The rehearsal room is approximately 70m³ in size. Your rent share would be 430 euros.
