Singer wanted for oldies band – from Beatles to CCR

We are a well-rehearsed band with 5 musicians and currently 3 backing vocalists, and we primarily play oldies from the 60s to the 80s. You can find out more about us here: www.loversof60s.de. Our rehearsals usually take place every Wednesday at 6 pm in 58452 Witten-Bommern. Although we are currently eight members, we only have one lead singer (who is also our lead guitarist) and one very good backing vocalist. Therefore, we would like to expand our vocal team with another singer. What we are looking for: • Singer for backing vocals and solo singing • Age is no object • Ideally with band experience (even from previous years) • Important: a strong voice, including in higher registers (many songs are in the A major range) What you can expect: • A friendly and experienced band • Lots of fun with music and rehearsals • Several performances per year. Three performances are already scheduled for this year starting in May, and possibly two more will be added. We play primarily for the love of music, mostly for friends and fans – sometimes for audiences of up to 100. And who knows: it's something that will continue to grow. We're all over 65 and have been playing our instruments for many years – the atmosphere is relaxed, fun, and musically ambitious. Would you like to sing with us?
