Looking for a band or individual musicians

I'm looking for people with whom you can experience/play music in a relaxed manner without a lot of fanfare. No overzealous, elitist people with big ambitions (hobby/let's see what happens) wanted. I myself have been playing drums for more than 15 years and electric guitar for almost three years! The focus should be on the joy of making music together and a fair exchange of experiences. No ego trips!!!
