Looking for a home for my grand piano

I'm looking for a room in Münster, preferably in Rumphorst, where I can store my dream Steinway & Sons grand piano and my ePiano and play there regularly. I would not only like to rehearse there, but also make recordings, so I want to prepare everything technically. I am also willing to share the use of the equipment with others and also commit to adequate soundproofing of the room. I am happy about any kind of creative suggestions!
