Looking for a music producer for an indie band album recording

Ahoy! We're currently looking for an ambitious music producer/mixing engineer/sound engineer (no professional required) from northern Germany (Flensburg, Kiel, Hamburg and surrounding areas) for our debut album. We're already experienced and have worked in studios several times, but this time we deliberately don't want to just move into a typical recording studio. Instead, we're looking for someone who's passionate about bringing this important first album to life with us. We'd rent a holiday home or another exciting location to give us the time and space to truly do this album justice. Musically, we're going in the direction of Arctic Monkeys, The Editors, The Vaccines, White Lies, etc. – classic indie Brit-rock sound from the 2000s.
