Looking for musicians for band

Hey,
I'm Niklas (31), I've been playing guitar for a long time and I'm looking for a band or other musicians (drums, bass, singer) to form a new band. I would ideally like to make music in the style of indie rock/alternative.
I live near Dortmund and it would be cool if you could come close too.
