Looking for a music group/band

Hey, I'm looking for some friendly people to make music with regularly and maybe even start a band, or join an existing one that isn't too professional, as I've only played a few gigs, mostly as a duo, and have limited band experience. For me, fun and collaboration are paramount, meaning an open-ended approach to music-making. I would still describe myself as very ambitious and am constantly developing as a musician, whether through my role as a guitar teacher, music lessons I take myself, or self-study. I've been singing mainly for a few years and currently teach guitar to five students. I've played saxophone since childhood, but I'd only want to contribute that as a secondary element.
