Ahoy! I – Melchior, 35 years old – would like to join a band for weddings, galas, corporate, and private events. Musically, I have a broad range of interests and play everything from pop, funk, blues, rock, and R&B – basically anything that has a groove and is fun to play. I'm a freelance artist (graphics and artwork (for bands)) and would like to gig two to three times a month on the side, depending on opportunities. I've been playing guitar for 20 years – starting with bass back then – and would now consider myself an advanced musician. I've gained live experience in bands with prog and post-metal, punk, southern, and glam rock, grunge tributes, Beatles covers, and singer-songwriters. For playing at home, my preferences are lute music, prog, funk, blues rock, and the 80s. But, as I said, I'm open to anything as long as the musicians are having fun and passionate about what they do. (I'm only a little hesitant about pop music.) I've also provided musical accompaniment for two weddings privately, and the feedback was positive. Furthermore, I have over 15 years of experience in production and studios. I'm generally a quick learner and not afraid to learn new material. My ambitions are semi-professional to professional. In addition to this additional source of income, I'd also like to promote musical exchange and further my education. Appropriate clothing for different occasions, as well as equipment, are available.
