Nao Nakashima Solo artist

Nao Nakashima is a Los Angeles-based Hard Rock riff maker attempting to inject danger and defiance back into Rock 'n' Roll. After years of working with notable musicians and producers, he decided to launch his own solo career and make his mark as a solo artist. At the beginning of 2024, he released his first solo single "Bad Attitude" featuring the vocal and lyrical talents of Seann Nicols (ex-Quiet Riot, Westfield Massacre). In 2025, he followed up with his second single "Let's Kill Rock 'n' Roll" featuring Gene Louis, the singer from the heavy Rock 'n' Roll outfit Bullets and Octane. Fired up with influences from a wide variety of other music genres and his pioneer spirit, he rejects stock templated structures and washed-out pentatonic guitar riffs. He is not looking for a revival or a trend. His music gives the enduring and unique elements of authentic Rock 'n' Roll not found easily these days.
